She's dead on with the toll roads... when I was in high school, they were manned. Then they got rid the workers and raised the price... over and over again 
So what used to be a direct payment turned into this cat and mouse game where they "mailed" you invoice that's conveniently lost in shipping-- except for that letter with the pink paper-- where they're charging $25 in "administrative fees" for each toll crossed.... a few lil bucks jumps exponentially
I haven't rode one in 15 years. I REFUSE.

I was in a car from Houston to Dallas with no tolls. 3 hour ride. Complete opposite sides of Texas.
I’ve driven from Dallas to Frisco 50 times it’s like $5 with the tag. My only issue is how crazy it looked when I first drove it.
