This is how I always interpreted it but it doesn't make sense when you think about it.

If I don't see my ones, you won't see my guns.

If I don't see my ones, I won't see my guns.

But like some others have stated, I think it's "if you keep your eyes off my money, you won't see my guns."

And some of y'all are more confused than I was

How y'all dudes trying to explain a misquoted line. As someone mentioned, it's "don't see my ones, gonn' see my guns" as in he's gonna shoot you if you don't have (all) his money($1's).
