He did try to rush him and that's where he fukked up, dude changed angles and wacked him on the back of the head while he was charging. Really, he could've just walked away talking shyt but he forced his own undoing when he approached the truck and asked if him getting closer would make him fight him. He's a victim but he did force the fight.

we must be watching two different videos. Dude swings and misses hitting the pavement, raises again to reload and THEN the nikka rushes mid second swing. Of course he got cracked. You need to rush on that first whif pressing him before he even gets a chance to raise it again. His natural instinct would either be to A. Drop the bat and throw hands since it’s close quarters combat and he’s basically fighting one handed if you’re pressing him or B run away to go to create enough distance to reload and swing again. In which case you keep the pressure by staying on his ass the entire time until he reports to option A or gets knocked out.
