This right here. So many women and men in abusive relationships, it definitely ain't first time one of them has hit each other if that is happening. If they don't have the smarts to dead that relationship on the fact that abuse is being used, there is something wrong with both of them. I have never been in a abusive relationship and wouldn't tolerate it from a female, we are better off separating if it comes to that.

Heard something from a co-worker the other day, her daughter's boyfriend threw a glass ashtray at her head and put her in the hospital with serious injuries. She told the EMS that she fell, still staying with the bf If she is letting that slide, what else if going on?

Saw a woman get beat up out my window by some guy, and when a Good Samaritan tried to intervene she told him to mind his damn business. So I proceeded to watch her get beat up again before I went to bed.

Yes, call 911.
No. Do you know martial arts? No, call 911.
Yes, attack so you get the upper hand. If you don't get the first strike in, you might be facing someone who is evenly matched with you. That means you have a 50% of losing.

Moral of the story, if you want to be a good samaritan, you need to be brolic and a smart fighter. Domestic abuse situations are very dangerous. The aggressor is usually amped up when dishing out their aggression. If you step in and they are in that state of mind, he will divert all his hate towards his girlfriend/wife and towards you. I know martial arts but if the dude is built like Michael Jai White, forget it. I'm calling 911 and making sure the cops can help the woman out.

A 20-year-old man was arraigned Sunday for allegedly assaulting a good Samaritan who came to the rescue of a woman after she screamed “rape.”

Prosecutors said Yariel De La Cruz tied his belt around his hands and repeatedly struck do-gooder Fuat Sarieminli in the face in Coney Island about 11:40 p.m. at the corner of Surf Ave. and W. 20th St.

De La Cruz was charged with second- and thid-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was not charged with rape because the woman did not press charges, said his attorney, David Secular.

But Brooklyn prosecutors said the case was still under investigation.

Sarieminli had come to the rescue of a woman he heard screaming on Friday, and who claimed De La Cruz had raped her.

He now has a large gash on his right cheek — and received seven stitches on his face and staples in his head.

De La Cruz claims he was acting in self-defense, said Secular.

De La Cruz had a trial set for July 31 and bail was set at $2,500.

He is on probation and has two prior misdemeanors on his record, prosecutors said.
