when you call a child doomed it can easily become a self fulfilling prophecy, let us not forget that many people had a tough life and came out as incredible people. The kid is just having fun, he doesn't know what the lyrics mean
But the problem is when some kids turn teens they start living the lyrics.

You can't say he's doomed, but it sounds like there's an adult cheering this on and that's not a good look to encourage your child to be repeating that garbage, regardless of what kids have access to without adults around. There are songs that don't curse and project such ignorance.
no it doesn't. hiphop is a reflection of what these rap artists see around them, it's also a reflection about what "sells" in america in terms of mainstream music. Change the environment and you will change the music that environment produces.
Why can't hip hop be a reflection of people trying to paint homes and rebuild the ghetto?

exactly, the other flaw in the logic is this notion of art and reality being one way streets
the theory espoused most prominently by russel simmons and his jewish buddies, that art is just a reflection of reality and is somehow a one way street is bogus
no society operates that way, in any society reality impacts art, but art also impacts reality,
its actually a circle, they both impact each other
and portraying the art of people in the ghetto in an unbalanced light can impact the way people in the said ghetto behave
