To make $90k+ a year Doordashing, you have to make on average $27/hr, AND you have to work 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. And this is your SECOND job; you only sleeping 4 hours a day or less? That doesn't even take into account wear and tear on your vehicle, let alone it being highly unlikely you'll consistently make that much per hour or more. Stop the cap.
