These people are nobodies and TikTok deleted the original video before the story blew up. So only a handful of people saw it and no one is currently in possession of the original upload, except TikTok and law enforcement.
This is basically how things went down:
- Girl records the man
- Girl reports man to DoorDash and the authorities
- Man gets banned from DoorDash.
- Girl gives law enforcement the original video as evidence. They tell her that the SA claim is not valid based on the video and they will not arrest the man. This is where things should have ended, but she chose to escalate it further.
- Because cops refused to arrest the man for SA, she uploads the og video to TikTok uncensored and posts the man’s full name and address on social media (doxxing) to ruin his reputation. TikTok deletes the video.
- She reuploads an edited version of the video and the story starts to pick up steam. DoorDash fires and bans the girl when they find out.
- The man hasn’t responded publicly. But he has been in contact with authorities following the doxxing and backlash. He hands over his ring camera footage to authorities. A police investigation begins.
- Girl gets arrested.
Pretty much she fukked around and found out because she didn't get what she wanted. In theory if this guy is drunk out of his mind after ordering his door dash and then lets say doesn't lock his door properly and then crashes out on his sofa half naked. Unresponsive, She comes, instead of just leaving it, she notices he's half naked and on his sofa and starts imagining all sorts of shyt, possibly even $$$ from this situation. Cops see the video and say nothing much in this, he's in his house, albeit naked but he's not doing anything but sleeping. It's not assault or harassment.
She's not happy about it and then proceeds to the above.
She could have continued on with her life by just leaving the doordash and going. Now look.
