I remember listening to a Pete Rock interview a few months ago and they were kinda clowning him asking him why did he give one of his best beats ever to ADOR and he was not trying to play his mans out and was like that was his boy and they went to HS together and they are still cool til this day.
He was Pete's Group Home:ehh:

The album is decent, not great but I was checking for them hard after this video.

Rhyme styles and sonic landscape were outdated when they debuted.

First single was a cop. Then the sonic landscape changed. Plus Nas ushered in the technical renaissance Making them obsolete by proxy for the era.

This was INCREDIBLE what happened to dude?

Just never caught on and his region was too affected by the gangsta disease to give a damn.
His debut video is one of those if the internet did not exist. No one would believe you about this guy. He was overly dope and at the time seemed to have upside to build skills.
Just never caught on globally.

Dude is the epitome of a rap what if.
Or do you remember obscure nostalgia stump based questionnaire.

I would’ve never guessed they were a down south act at the time…loved that track tho…it got play for a little bit on video music box as well as the radio…either flex or evil dee used to play it…they both had segments on different days where they’d play new/different shyt

Dice from Legion is my guy.

So we all went up for the video shoot. We were kids, but back then we all thought "Jingle Jangle" was a dope track! I still play it all the time. Dres had a dope verse on it, and I always liked the beat.
