Do anybody remember when he was on stage doing a show and his mouth started bleeding cause he was forcing his voice to be raspy? shyt was all over Rap & HipHop news back in the days.
Damn I never heard about that at all:yeshrug: Only a few people I know were into Nine like me, he was mad slept on! His voice set him aside from everyone else that was out at the time!

Voodu! was in a group called Western Hemisfear along with Ras Kass, Mykill Myers, Mean Green, and Birdie before they broke up before Soul On Ice dropped. I copped his album and Meen Green's. They were signed to Patchwerk Records along with Ras Kass back in the mid-nineties.

My favorite underground track of all time. Another cat who fell victim to not keeping his same style trying to switch up to follow the times. His solo album when it finally dropped was another disappointment, dude became a Jay-Z clone in his delivery and later super thugged out with a whole new voice change.

I was a Scienz of Life stan. I literally wrote these dudes fan mail when I was in high school :russ:, and I'm not talking email either. Hand written shyt!

I still got a few unreleased tracks they never put out before they finally got around to dropping an album.

Gauge I found out years later was actually originally in a group with Cella Dwellas and Lord Have Mercy. Can you fukking imagine if these dudes put out an album together? There wasn't a bigger Cella Dwellas fan on the planet than me back in '95, '96, so that shyt wouldn't have left my tape deck to this day.

The H
Fesu is virtually unheard of in the city, the epitome of the alternative Houston sound in 93/94. Maybe @shopthatwrecks could shed a light on this duo from Greenspoint, because they were different than anything that was coming out of Houston.

This was INCREDIBLE what happened to dude?

He actually still puts out music. Dropped some low quality videos within the past few years with some subpar tracks, but he has some absolute gems post 2000, mainly these two below:

This video he put out in 2008 but oddly never pressed it up from what I could tell. I had to grab the mp3 from youtube years ago just to have a copy of it.

This was off his solo album. I got it on wax. Best track by far off his album.
