these rappers definitely had the talent but didnt blow.

I will start with Barsha. He was featured on Positive K's "Impulse on Three" He ended up getting his own album, which was dope lyrically...but he just didnt have the push.

I already see ehere they dropped the ball. Had him looking like a clone bdk
