Dope Thief is an upcoming American crime drama television series created by Peter Craig, based on the 2009 novel by Dennis Tafoya. It is scheduled to premiere on Apple TV+ on March 14, 2025.Wagner didnt win the Golden globe for plaiyng Pablo?
I know his movies have been mid but Ridley being this active at 87 is amazing.

The David Simon from 2022, We Own This City, was one of the best shows of the last 5 years to me, esp. in that genre, so hope this is similar. Also, Tyree is a great actor.

Watched the first 2 episodes, they are great.

Kate Mulgrew (captain Janeway) is not his mom. She was the chick his dad was with when his dad got locked up. Then he fell out with his family because he a f boy as seen by his flashbacks.

First episode has a classic SP song playing, very dope touch, Full Effect. Also a mention of Jesus Malverde. I have a bracelet.
I have been around people who actually did this, or schemed to, regular jack boys, and low lives. People have tried me more than once, around high school. At least 3 times. I had MY house jacked when I was 23 for about 10k.
But, also been around the guys who were higher up, like they wanted to get police and DEA gear, like jackets and vests and insignias, plus the cars with the flashing lights installed. Then because they are in the game, they get intel in on who is moving weight and hit the house. In places like Tijuana, the police/feds run closely with narcos, it all gets blurry. There's a crew in TJ right now, they USE the state police to steal shipments. So this is real shyt on the show.
