He's not wrong about this. My brother never had to do that in federal lockup and when I asked him that very question he said nearly the exact same thing. If you're in prison with a bunch of emes nf bgf ab etc you jus gonna attack one of them and end up in pc ? You don't need to do that.

Well, unfortunately, with how the way the criminal justice system works in America...that's not always a decision.

Plenty of innocent people get railed roaded into prison, many people get simply ACCUSED of something and have to sit in prison while they are waiting on their court date.
