Ive said it before, but i think when its all said and done that the past few years(starting around the Zimmerman incident) will be looked upon as the spark that started the flame. Social media is helping tremendously with this. There is no reason anymore to be blind to the past. The past is where all the secrets lie. Study the past and today makes sense. Social media and the internet in general ironically will probably end up being the cause of white supremacy's downfall. Remember, white supremacy depends on our ignorance. Don't know if I would say a Shift is happening.... I think more black folk will wake up. But a decent percentage that might be stirring will hit that snooze button.

my ex girlfriend is from Dothan. I've been asking her what's going on over there....she said she's not surprised. She has family members get locked up over fake charges.

I disagree wholeheartedly breh. Ive had more convos with random people about race and the black plight in real life in the past year than ive had my entire life. I think the Coli itself is an example of this shift. Look at the abundance of race related topics. Look at the creation of TheRoot section. Hell, look at any random rap video on Youtube and read the comments. More and more people are commenting on the negative messages of todays rap. The Missouri football boycott, etc. I feel that we are in a MASS shift of consciousness rite now. Like @Wild self said, we just have to keep the momentum going. They dont want a nation of conscious black people. They need us to remain ignorant and giving them our money.
