I don't think he's a bad guy and sometimes when he's not doing too much he's tolerable but he's just not the best fit. When Marco can step in and immediately do a better job when you've been around for 2 years it doesn't look good.

Julien is one of those theater/improv types that's always "on" and don't know when to turn that shyt off. Those types of people can be exhausting, especially when they're constantly in "bit" mode.
Korey kinda emphasized it when he talked about being more natural. When Julien is in bit mode he's trying to piggy back any and everything into a potential joke tangent. Of course that shyt gonna set Korey off
Then he also has horrible taste But this was actually a good attribute sometimes. Especially when Martin is like

Mannn if I see Biker Boyz on another Bad Movie Roast poll lol. They really got that movie next to Big Momma’s House 3 and I Got The Hook Up smh. Maybe I need to rewatch the movie. Because I don’t remember it being bad, they straight up called it terrible. I remember a cliche 6-7ish movie with a good cast and soundtrack.
