Let's be honest, there is no way the Bills would have repeated their success from this past season in 2015. With all the question marks surrounding the QB position, I don't think Marrone wanted to be a part of the team going forward, especially with some of the questionable decisions the front office has made (like trading their 1st round pick in this upcoming draft to move up and draft Watkins). He took the money and left the team to figure out the situation on their own. You may not agree with the decision from a football standpoint, but from a life standpoint, it makes a ton of sense for him. He has a much better chance of getting a 2nd chance of being a head coach by going on top (and I use that term loosely considering what the Bills have been like the last 15 years). He could have handled the situation a bit better though
