Rickards is pretty good, Currency Wars and Death of Money are good reads. People have to understand that global markets are so correlated now, anyone else going down will take us down. It doesn't have to start in the US this time. Also remember, last time the central banks had positive rates to lower to fight the crisis. Rates are now near zero or negative in parts of Europe so there is nowhere to go.

The economy is fundamentally sound, stawks are now on a permanently high plateau, gold and silver are barbaric relics, the Fed has the courage to act, and the dollar is strong as an ox. Pretty soon we will be able to supplement a nationwide $15/hr min. wage with a universal basic income, along with free universal health care and free college.
