Downloading Wrestling Podcasts

How do you guys download your podcasts on a MAC? I think it says on the page how to download it, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any troubleshooting help?

That right click save downloaded file as isn't working for me. Maybe my computer is just dumb. Its a MacBook Pro
