No, it's not "tree hugger" anything. That whole Bouldercrest/Gresham Park/Constitution area is by far majority black. I've lived over there. The city thought it easy/expedient to set up Cop City there because nobody - and I mean nobody - wants it anywhere near their ivory towers on the north side.
