I liked the part where Boyce broke down that Common has experienced some "Breakthrough" success recently. Common has been a niche artist and has been a gold plague artist(did he ever go plat? My memory on his sales is vague) for the majority of his career. So now that he finally has some success he is going to run with it for as long as he can.

I remember Tariq saying that Mexicans have an anti-c00n code, and that they'll kill their c00ns if they speak that "what about spanish on spanish crime" stuff on TV. Is that true

I pretty much agree I just don't like how bends over backwards to give a pass to Common. It's a bit dishonest. fukk the half-stepping we have to call these c00ns all the way out. Common knows better, he knew exactly what he was saying. So giving him some type of pass as if he didn't know what he was saying kind of defeats the purpose of calling him out. fukk Common, he sold out. His "we gotta forget the past" comments were disrespectful to all blacks past, present, and future. It's no different than the c00n shyt LL said in that country duet. I'm convinced fhat the force these dudes to sign some kind of c00n contract in exchange for mainstream acceptance. Every time you see a black celebrity issue public c00n statements like this it's either right after they've been rewarded are right before.

Yeah that "forget the past " BS is waaay more offensive than "black people should offer a hand to whites to make racism go away". The past is our only defense mechanism against these CACS. They stripped us of everything even knowledge of self. Hes basically saying "don't try to find out your heritiage, why as a whole we are in this condition, and why are whites so scared of us. Just smile and be a good nikka and it will all magically work itself out". That check must have been huge for him to do a 180 and shyt on everything he stood for in his youth.
