your reading comprehension is dismal@itsyoung!!! it sounds like you are not from LA, which makes sense as to why you'd think Long Beach to the Hollywood Hills is 400 miles breh. to i revert back to my original statement

nice try, I go to Brentwood all the time, my god kids live there, Brentwood is not what you're making it to be. It's cheap land at the edge of the east bay, nothing but McMansion types. Who cares what people drive, that has nothing to do with the types of people living there. Brentwood is no where near the levels of being a nice spot like walnut creek, Danville, Alamo, etc. you move there because you can get a 6bd house for $400k, nothing more. Brentwood doesn't compare to Beverly Hills in any capacity, the corridor from lamorinda-walnut creek- down to Pleasanton wouldve been a better comparisonlearn to read, I said the beverly hills type (drives a mercedez/lexus) and I also never said upscale, I said it was a bootleg napa and has nice areas in the boon docks.
the average household income in Brentwood is $89,000 the average household income in Beverly Hills is $80,000
be ignorant to cities in your own area brehs![]()
man, what the hell is this nikka talkin boutIt's going to be absolutely state of the art, he's s billionaire off of audio product and I bet you won't find any Beats By Dre in the studio unless it's used for show. The simple fact he has this should prove fruitful to his music endeavors as he will once again be the master of his own domain rather than working out of the studios he goes to. Keep in mind he once had a world-class home studio that he shut down because he appreciated the professional mindset he would take on from going to the studio.
So you can imagine the standards this time around will be even higher

? I said it has Beverley Hill type people living there (the people with the prius in the drive way next to the S550), but you seem to be only focusing on that when I also mentioned other cities like Napa type people living there.. thats my impression when I go there, its all nice. You are comparing city to city. I never did that. ALL I said was it was a NICE city (and it is) and compared the type of people living there to Napa/Beverly Hill type people living there (white/hispanic folks making $80,000+ a year , living in nice neighborhoods/houses is the demograph)
Theyre not the Beverly Hills type either...I just said that in my other post, they are simply the people who can't afford the inner bay and want more bang for their buck, the walnut creek area folks are more like the Beverly Hills folks. Anyway, it ain't that deep, Brentwood is a typical tract home suburb on the edge of a metropolitan area. That shyt is wack, 20 more miles and you're fukking in Stockton.I never compared it to Beverly hills.. everyone just wake up this morning with horrible reading comprehension? Maybe the next time you are visiting your god kids they can help you with your reading game.. Leap Frog is a good start..
