:pachaha: at this comment going unnoticed among the rest.
He may have made up the quote and the exact songs but it's been a rumour/theory for years especially some of the beats from The Documentary album and I know for a fact that Legend Of The Fall Offs was supposed to be for Rakim

except it was called "when you die" and the OG beat was better

hella repetitive

some basic piano loop with cleanly mixed drums

sometimes throw in some soothing female vocals for the chorus or some other layering

rinse and repeat

Not that some of that stuff doesn't bang, but I like early Dre stuff a lot better than most of his newer stuff
I totally disagree with this.
He doesn't JUST use Piano's.
Dude throws in other instruments
from strings and trumpets random sh1t like a harphsicord.

And if you ask me most of it bangs. so much so that
some records completely blow my mind STILL when I throw them on.

G'd up :lawd:
Cocaina :banderas::banderas::banderas::banderas::banderas:

Overall this is what i expected a Dr Dre record to sound like. Now its all I Need A Doctor an shyt. :mindblown:

Edit - Should of checked for a source :duck:, even so these beats would have given Dre another classic record.
