before all the sarcasm...yes, we're going to laugh as the rappers we grew up with start hitting 50+. age + hip hop = a paradox in a way, it just seems weird. now is it? no, people aren't going to die at 39, people shouldn't be forced to exit hip hop at 40 or some shyt, but it's a young genre, and albeit a lot of 80's pioneers are 
, most of us didn't grow up under them so watching early heavyweights like dre, jay z, snoop, puff, etc get old is weird, it is what it is
