RJ Payne is my favorite MC in quite awhile and he is criminally underrated
he's not underrated. this was said of every lyrical rapper ever when they couldn't make good music just good bars. the ones who figure out how to cross over the skill into competent song writing that isn't just for bar nerds are never underrated.

Rj Payne can rap. He questionable picking beats tho. Sometimes his shyt mad fukking corny with the production and gimmick he uses for certain songs.
