Dre’s beats on this album were spaced out. Instant classic when it dropped
Dope album but the OG chronic is better
damn Game really been out that coma for 20 years
Too bad a follow up never came
Classic album but I was bumpin Streetz iz A Mutha album way more.
Detox would've been Jordan on the Wizards. We'd be happy to just get that, but we wished the last game was the game winner vs Utah in the 98 finals(chronic 2001)
Save the Space Boogie album for me, God willing I'm still around in a couple of years, because this shyt right here......
Technically it did, that horrendous Compton album that only had two good songs, the one with Ice Cube abs Talking In My Diary
I was too young to receive this as a comeback, Dre was already the shyt to me with No diggity, Cali love and Keep their heads ringing since I only watched MTV, listened to radio and didn't understand shyt.
But I can imagine that this must've been wild for those who were old enough, Dre was going crazy in 99-2000. 2001, two Eminem albums, like 3 classics on The Last Meal, Ice Cube - Hello, N.W.A. reunion with Chin Check, Xzibit hits, Nate dogg blessing every album and summed it all up with the most legendary tour Up in smoke
18 years for The Game
I just wanna fukk bad bytches
1999 was a legendary time for the HipHop club scene. Next Episode & Back that azz up was killin the air waves and the clubs. The females was going WILD! The females went crazy when those two songs came on ESPECIALLY Back That Ass Up.
A club was the place to be back then!
Now days fools too busy trying to kill each other in the parking lots and bytches is taking the bytches to the Telly.
A friend gave me a copy of this a couple of weeks early, I still bought it the day it dropped and kept it in the cd changer for months. This and Streetz iz a Mutha back to back to back to back...
Can't believe it's been 20 years already.
