In reality, the white power structure/white supremacy is so strong that even when whites are removed from the picture, the structure continues to oppress people of color. All that changes is that the people of color begin oppressing each other through the same racism. India is a perfect example, and South Africa. In the US, I see no reason not to expect whoever replaces white people to use the same infrastructure to discriminate against blacks or Arabs or whoever. Look at what's going on in parts of California where Asian Americans have taken political power and are using it to fukk over blacks and Hispanics (college admissions).
