I love how White America holds onto the idea that Black people are still on crack. The percentages of cacs on hard drugs, coke, pills, heroin, hybrids, crack and meth is waaaay more higher than the percentage of Black people on crack. You cant be Black and on crack anymore, you will become a bum overnight and most of us arent bums so.

The children and grandchildren of the crack generation saw first hand what that drugs does and it has such a negative stigma attached to it but white people celebrate drug use almost as initiation. It's why I think in terms of drug use the black community has gone backwards slightly because I am hearing more and more in rap songs about the use of substances outside of the usual spirits and weed.
