You can't fight ugly but most of the times, being fat comes from diet and lack of exercise. Seen a lot of chubby women with cute kids that just develop bad habits...

I wish I saw the transformation of that last patient.
I think it's easier and looks better to take off from a larger patient (Lipo and such) than to add to a smaller patient (implants). More natural.
