And the main problem with White girls is that no, they're not usually genetically developed in the ass department.

On top of that, if they do workout (like a lot of them do) they usually only do cardio (running) or light weightlifting.

Nothing like plyometrics (see volleyball player, cyclists, etc), heavy weightlifting, etc. if they do anything with intensity it's running plus their diet is usually stranger than most ethnic groups and etc.

So no, generally speaking if they were to lift to grow an ass it probably wouldn't be as extravagant as a black, Latina, etc. Same with Asians because of their genetics, workout styles, and diets but when I say I have seen white and Asian girls in the gym with nice asses and GREAT bodies it came from heavy weight training or sports...

it can hypertrophy just like any other muscle, but there's an upper limit for everything. not everyone has the genes to get to arnold or ronnie coleman or ulysses levels.

what i was saying is that people posting pics of some monster booty girl with the caption "yup, she squats" is faking people out. yes, people who are dancers or ballerinas their whole lives will have more firm or obvious booties. but genetics are a limit.

He was saying 90s bodies are a more practical goal for the average chick. Chicks now are getting stuff implanted and injected to get that mass and shape of an IG chick or just a normal black big booty Judy.

Calves is a great example

Asians tend to have HUGE calves while other races don't. Doesn't mean your calves can't grow or be defined just means that they don't grow as easy and maybe not as big.

That's the perfect example of genetics. Some got it more than others but lifting still gets it somewhere.

because it does get a reaction from others. for sure, when it comes down to certain places of employment, having a fake fat ass and fake titties is going to help. waitress? more tips. pharmarep? more docs prescribing your drugs. ig thot? more followers and more green tea and workout companies paying for you to bump their shyt.

with that said, i think it's sad and pathetic to do all of that changing to your body...but humans gonna human.

I agree genetics are limited. Just like the calves example I said above. Doesn't mean you can't push your limit to grow something you work on a lot.

Back in my heavy gym days, I had TONS of chicks asking for me to train the to get a bigger ass. I said sure

Put them in a 2 week period of gauging how strong they are, proper form, waking the muscles up, etc. usually light weight, high rep, slow and steady, etc.,

Then I put them through heavier weightlifting routines, told them to eat A LOT, did plyometrics, no cardio, etc.

Had one chick squatting over 200lbs but she couldn't have weighed no more than 130-140 (she gained weight but it looked good). Usually they were pleased with their results.

I knew this Hawaiian chick who was a kick boxer. She was skinny af before she started.. No ass but beautiful.

She started weightlifting and got STRONG. She didn't get huge but her body was like night and day and she had a nice, firm, round ass from weightlifting for size and being already in great shape

I don't give a fukk about impressing strangers with a fake body. Its pointless. They fact that people think it's Important is mind boggling. It's like not being vain is seen as socially weird. Its demonic and I'm not accepting this bs just cause others are vain and sick in the head. You cant tell people to love themselves yet promote plastic surgery, ass backwards.

point taken. i do agree the calorie intake is one thing a lot of people miss. muscle has high metabolic needs so you gotta get on that grub.

i agree. it is backward. unfortunately in this demonic world, there is some utility in impressing strangers. i dont agree with it, but that's the way it is, sadly.

It's probably the number one thing when gaining mass... You got to eat. That's why I told the girls you got to eat even if you don't feel like eating. Don't mean it has to be trash food but you got to get them calories

It's easier for some than others but it's possible for a chick to put on 10-15lbs from eating and lifting heavy legs and develop a nice ass

I love to workout and I love what I'm seeing...but I'm not eating more than twice a day.

I realize I'm never gonna get shoulders like a baller or biceps like Shemar Moore because of it.
Somehow, everything I DO eat goes to my gut no matter how many situps I do.

That's probably a lack of cardio, bad food choices, etc.

Or maybe just genetic

Sit-ups don't make your abs pop really, just gives you a stronger core but it's the diet that does it. Sit-ups with a shytty diet will actually make it look like you got a gut. Probably cut back on the carbs, carbonated drinks, alcohol

Gym takes hard work and dedication
Blood sweat and tears

IG hoes got 5 year window to maximize earning potential

people don't want to put in work though.

of course, on those girls IGs, all they be posting is selfies of them in the gym :russ:

All this right here. Most people don't realize fitness is a lifestyle change and it takes time to see results, and people are impatient, they want change in a week or 2.

Had every nikka in the gym stopping and staring

I knew her so she would stop and speak occasionally and chat but everybody would be staring so she would only stop for like a second before she got uncomfortable and dipped
