IMO black people shouldn't have black leaders. We just need to better yourselves and create an economic based...and things will naturally fall in place

We had community leaders at a time we didn't have power over our own communities. Never have black people had so much opportunity as today. However, we also have the least amount of oversight. That may be cool for the 1 or 2 people that make it. But without someone to teach the next generation, the gains will be short sighted.
