There are so many obstacles in Umar's path that i'm sure he doesn't even know how he will get over.. We can't base our economic decisions on blind faith anymore we need a clear economic plan before we invest money into anything.

Because the way things are looking i doubt Umar will even have enough money left over after the purchase to keep the lights on and the grass green for a 100 acre property
