I get where the Dr is coming from.
I guess he doesn't want the dept of education's mitts on this.


But, in my opinion, Dr Umar should also list the estimated yearly operating costs, the number of students the school may be able to service, the number of instructors needed, if only students in the area would be able to attend the school, ect.

He could start a regular charter school and THEN grow it the level he wants after a foundation is laid.

I can't take him seriously.

Not to mention he's gonna have HELLA lawsuits because he OPENLY won't employ gays or anyone that associates with whites.
