Read Elijah Muhammad's writings in Muahmmad speaks newspapers...I read them...then read Karl Evanzz'as book on Elijah Muhammad...read Tom Hauser Muhammad ALi book, which is Ali's autobiography...there are tons of books on this topic...they believe in the Asiatic people and they believe Africans to be backwards and uncivilized.

lol, elijah muhammad has more speeches then the 1950s and 1960s, you forgetting he has his own column in the detroit newspaper. Also you missing the point of what im trying to make if you read more then his speeches and im not talking message to the black man or OSHA, but if you read his stance on what africa once was you'll know where this comes from but also on the asiatic stance comes from as well

I've read alot of his work even his columns and books but I was pointing directly to Muhammad Speaks as being the place where his Africa bashing is...I read all his work in context and it doesn't excuse the anti-Africa context; But again, he got all that stuff from Wallace Fard but that's another story...I even read the book he wrote right after malcolm was killed and he blamed malcolm for his own death and even PAID Malcolm's brother to disrespect his blood in that same book....

Yes there is a reason behind everything Fard, Muhammad, and Farrakhan said...and I argue that those reasons are not counterhegemonic in any way

I know what he meant when he said Asiatic and Africa is uncivilized and backwards...I've spoken to Black Muslims and Black nationalists on it; NOI believe that Africa is politically, socially, economically, and CULTURALLY backwards, meaning, inferior. That is their belief, and that is wrong.

I know Asiatic is deeper than that breh, I wasn't saying that it was just the NOI that came up with it..my point was that they have strong anti-Africa sentiments that I don't agree with.

My main argument is that I have a lot of issues with the teachings of the NOI in relation to black agency and the black freedom struggle and Farrakhan has exacerbated those issues instead of being counterhegemonic

man fukk outta here with this Jew bashing shyt; I told you my argument is that blaming Jews for issues in the black experience is narrow and ridiculous. Global racial capitalist oppression is a deeply systemic and involves multiple white ethnicities across oceans; antisemitism is easy for people because its been done before. Learn the history and you will see that Jews are the least of the problems that blacks face overturning oppression. But people don't wanna respect the history, like Elijah Muhammad, Wallace Fard, and Farrakhan; that's why they did not like Malcolm, because he respected the history and knew it was deeper than what the NOI said...its not a mistake that he raised tons of questions to the other ministers...people must respect the history to understand how oppression works so that real counterhegemonic strategies can be developed
