He is right. A house divided against itself can't stand and none of these other people who are going to come at black people in general don't give a fukk if you are hatian or jamaican or ADOS. This means that when abuse of one group becomes normalized, then all of them are affected.

But we know there are plenty of people in all these groups working hard to drive divisions between them. :yeshrug: They prefer emotional satisfaction in attacking or bullying others over strategic thought.

Above the fray.
In terms of his first comments, the rational people on the board from all backgrounds cringed at the tactics and the levels others were willing to go to justify their hatred of other Black groups. "So called adults" buying into name calling, scapegoating, and ascribing certain behavior to ethnicity. We called that out in real time while it was occurring.

Childish behavior by people who weren't raised properly.

They do it to drive traffic and to sell content/merchandise and crowdfund. Have an audience eager to hear it, so they peddle it.

At this point you not changing nobody's minds how they feel. The members of the diaspora who want to build together will build. The rest will do what they do
Yep, always been like that. Always will be.

For those who are part of the first group, posted a book about the long and complicated history of the diaspora, here.
