He's right but weed effects people differently, I know successful people who smoke a lot and I also know nikkas who sit on their ass and smoke all day and have black ass lips. When I worked non profit and before NY stopped drug testing, a client was trying to get a job and I told him he just needed to stop smoking for a while until he got the job and he said it's okay he'll collect unemployment instead.
