Looks like something Stephen Sommers or Paul W.S. Anderson would have directed.
I do like Luke Evans though and that cover of Tears for Fears "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" was pretty cool.

True that, Luke Evans next project is supposed to be The Crow he will be playing Eric Draven in the remake. Not too happy about that but I guess if it's a lot closer to The Crow comics/Graphic Novels it could work. As for this movie I saw the trailer at the movies it wasn't that bad I might check it sooner or later but most likely on DVD.

3 years later, what is the verdict? I liked it though it was not great. The ending had me hopeful that the sequel would be better. But no sequel.

forgettable.
after the mess in the mummy , not entirely sure if i am looking forward to another Dracula project? If they can somehow pull off a grand tribute to Universal's Dracula then Cool.

It's on HBO max right now.

Gave it another look and this has aged well. Should have made more and the critics were trash as usual.

I suspect the long-delayed Morbius copies a lot of the elements in this one (the scene where the Turk gets killed with the sword and you see the action from the swords reflection was a nice touch).

On another note, Vampires in the Bronx, the lead vampire in that one plays the wife in Dracula Untold.

It was good. They should have just made a movie but them trying to make a cinematic universe put to much expectations on this film.
