Ive BEEN saying this...with so much money involved and it being virtually unregulated AND 100% legal everywhere...its a scammers dream. I wouldnt be surprised if theres a ponzi scheme behind both of these places. its possible.

Its actually not legal in a few states. Draft Kings isn't in Arizona and Louisiana I know of and I think there are 3 others.

Here let me explain how I think the insider trade part of this works:

No one on earth knows how the players will produce. The scam is, week to week, insiders know which combination of players have been played the least, which exponentially increases their odds of winning if they play those players. Normal folk plays against the odds of their players doing well + the different combinations of players played on that given day.

Insiders subtract one huge level of the odds which at minimum increases their likelihood of winning by 25-35% (conservatively) while wagering the same amount of money as everyone else.

shyt is fukking shady.

No... the government about to get involved breh

The Unlawful Internet Gambling Act of 2006 deemed fantasy sports a game of skill and therefore legal. But they do allow each individual state to regulate it as they please. Now whether they'll revisit this law they already past is another issue.
