??? Gohan in his kid, adult, SS, Ultimate forms, etc. are all here breh. You can get kid/teen gohan literally in that outfit as a customization option: 18:42 timestamp.
If you mean Gohan with that specific mullet cut he had for that 1 ep in the time chamber then no, you'll have to wait for a mod I guess. But outside of that... yes the Dragonball game does indeed have... the son of the main character of Dragonball in it, IDK what you heard or saw to the contrary. No need to worry about that
