okay after thinking, here is what I come in conclusion to.
Goku from Trunks timeline got possesed by a Evil GOD. How? I come to two answers.
1. He probably was searching for the world strongest fighter dead or alive and found Goku. Took over his body and started his destruction.
2. He went to another universe and took control over Goku there and came back to Trunks universe.
No way that is just a regular Goku who grew up evil based on the way he was referring yo Trunks as "you Sayians"
