I was thinking the same thing; as of right now, probably nobody (I guess one could be Vegeta's brother) but they'll probably add new Saiyan's in future movies.

The movie was pretty good, loved the animation and art style, all future episodes of dragonball need to look like that.
Loved the opening scene when king cold pulled up on planet Vegeta with Freiza and the squad, so menacing and dramatic
