Considering that it took two years to finish the Galactic Patrol Prisoner (Moro) Saga and they're still on the Granolah the Survivor Saga for the past two years. Those two sagas alone might (unless they start cramming a lot of things in one episode) go over 100 episodes.

To be honest I'd rather they just do original arcs instead of retelling stories that've already been told elsewhere

It takes away the suspense if you already know how an arc will end. Plus the Beerus/RoF arcs were the worst part of Super due to being dragged out.
