The first game was a sleeper hit for me, I've been hoping they got a sequel. It had been so long I thought it was in development hell.


For those that didn't play the first, it was in the era of 360/Xbox

The story presentation was ass

But the lore and gameplay was something special

The Berserk references (and Guts/Griffith armor)


And spells actually felt powerful for the first time




The Bitter Black expansion was no joke either.



TLDR; I'm ready

Its crazy because its undeniably better graphically than the first game...but Itsuno nailed the feel of it exactly, looks exactly like Dragon's Dogma is suppose to, even in the RE engine

Only game I can think of where a story driven game where the story is trash.....but the combat is just that fukking good it still caries it to at minimum a 7 out of 10 game for majority people

The combat imho shyts on anything From Software has done

No year in the trailer at all has me believing its late 2024 at best. But its crazy cause what we saw looks so damn polished, if you told me the game was releasing later this year I'd believe you too

Hopefully this ends up being the game Itsuno wanted the original to be.

Also, I thought Yoshi P said black people didn’t exist in the medieval fantasy era.
