Wasn't there that thread about how labels had youtube channels looping videos which was adding to their streams, and then Lyor Cohen shut it down? Semi recently too, 4th quarter 2017. That's what I thought he was referencing, if it was being referenced.

That’s an issue with streaming period.
But the insinuation here was that making a video for GP and putting it on YT would be finessing YT.
