between the two i think tory's the better artist right now but he seemed like he was struggling a bit w/ a follow up single before this one. he's been interview many times saying how much a drake fan he is. and i definitely think his single is inspired by the sound of views. like, there no way he released it w/o knowing it would draw those type of comparisons.
