not a good position to be in as a guy...been there in my younger days and its never a turn on to be needy and clingy all the passion and touchy feely stuff should only be unleashed during special moments and when being physical ...occasional note saying nice things with flowers and an unplanned night out on the town when things are good and is never a bad thing but only on occasion

its a psychological thing...it gives the impression that you don't feel your good enough and you need them more then they need you and they will recognize it and doubt their attraction towards you

its a balance thing but the human psyche can make you weak and make a guy do simpish things that in hindsight he regrets...thats where Drake is, he probably is chemically dependent on Rihanna right now and its not about being mean to the girl but more about having self respect for your own self and knowing that you have value to the girl on your own merit so acting clingy and needy destroys that perception of strong self value
