I think you misunderstood what im saying

Im saying for an artist thats passed away, labels could use AI to release more songs ie, popsmoke, juice, xxx. People would eat it up.
Yea I thought you meant “ passed on” as in didn’t give a shot…. my bad .. yea you right

this is the main problem with the ai stuff. if people allow that then a 100% ai generated artist is all game. you can have 2-3 people at a label making music for 10 ai artist thats not real. shyt is ass

exactly. there are people calling this song fire its ass from a writing perspective but it sounds like drake so people like it. it shows how teflon his brand is.

People have been listening to bullshyt for so long, their palletes have became trash. If you eat nothing but Mcdonald's of course you'll think a Big Mac value meal is a quality meal. And this is coming from someone who bumps Drake on occasion.
yall oldheads done shouting at clouds?

Wouldnt be surprised if this were to happen eventually, at least with a few AI artists. I think capitol records tried it last year. Once AI becomes better, perhaps can even write, produce, rap/sing, and then you have an associated hologram for concerts :yeshrug: as it is, people already fuk with drake heavy, and coli loves saying he has ghostwriters and is just the face/voice.

And labels benefit from it as they dont have to share profits, there isnt as much development, dont have to deal with artist personalities. As long as the music sounds good, i think people will fukk with it. labels dont gaf about artists, they care about $, and if AI will get them more $ with less headsches, they will jump at it

Plus real artists can try using AI to help with song writing, production, reference tracks, maybe even have AI make the song in their voice and then do it back with their real voice.

Lots of possibilities, both positive and negative, but depends on how its used.
