The criteria of early Drake. Like I said, I doubt Degrassi era Drake could afford a ghostwriter and back then he was already more technically skilled than Ross. I like Ross but let's not pretend he's not just a slightly more technically skilled version of Jeezy.

Na Drake himself said he was making $40k/year for Degrassi (which is considering it was the biggest teen show in Cacada, he was one of the main characters, and it spilled over to the American mainstream.
