East has people like Mac Miller, Nas, Jay, Nicki, Asap, Logic, Action, Meek, Wale, Desiigner, Fetty Wap, Wiz, D.r.a.m., Lil Uzy vert, French Montana, Pusha and on.
South has people like Childish Gambino, Future, Gates, Thug, Rick Ross, Jeezy, Rae Sremmurd, Lil Yatchy, Kent Jones, Cole, Travis Scott, Gucci and on
West has people like Kendrick, Schoolboy, Vince staples, Earl Sweathshirt, G-eazy, YG, Rob Stone, Kid Ink and on.

And I don't know why you act like it's something special that GA is hotter than NY, GA has just about more black people than NY.
