We not even comparing Aubrey & The Tents to the every other top tier rapper. Lets leave out the obvious Goats like Nas, Jay, Common, Wu-Tang, etc. simply comparing him to his own generation of MC’s he’s not an impressive artist. He’s an impressive POP STAR i’ll give him that. But as an MC? Which he claimed to be top tier? Against Kendrick? Who literally won a Pulitzer from WRITING HIS OWN BARS? Against Cole? Who doesn’t even allow features on his platinum albums? The albums for which he WRITES HIS OWN BARS? Drake is lacking. And the fact that his music is becoming increasingly formulaic and predictable whilst having a team if world renowned writers makes him even less impressive as even a pop star

Lol talking bout a pulitizer. Neither Kendrick and Cole can drop an album of loosies over the past decade and have the same effect.

Old Drake still gets played at kickbacks and barbecues, can you say the same about either Kendrick or Cole?

I'm talking about rappers having long runs of making quality music. Jay had a long run. Wayne had a long run. Kanye had a long run. Kendrick is in the middle of a long run. And so is Drake.

An artist's run and their lyrical ability ain't the same thing my guy. Do you think just because I feel like Kanye and Drake have had two of the longest stretches in rap of making quality, highly relevant music, that I also have them in my Top Ten Rappers of All Time List? FUKK NO! :heh:

They probably ain't even in my Top 30.

At the same time, I can't crucify a rapper that had a few reference tracks leak out when I know he's not the only top tier artist that uses them. If you're gonna kill Drake for that. You gotta kill Hov for Lucifer. :troll:
