I have been listening to "Deep Pockets" every morning too. Great song. Drake, as a rapper, at his best.

Even though, as a poster on here pointed out, he actually shouts out Hush in the intro, and precedes to rap his life story, complete with blood in the snow, boiler room schemes, and gang feuds.

It was a bit much.

Deep Pockets and Chicago freestyle are my 2 faves.

didn’t know “Deep Pockets” was the name of Hush’s(Young Tony) old group.

so Drake was basically rapping Hush’s life?

Coming and going is the nature of music in a streaming era, of 24 hr access to artists, and 5-6 projects a year. It's the normal. I still stay with projects, like I am still playing The Weeknd album, but I bet you the 28 year old women I know, haven't played it in 6 weeks, and they are his biggest fans. It's the nature of streaming, over exposure and saturation. Everyone has a album, tape, playlist, new song, new single for consumption.
