Drake stans becoming Illuminati type conspiracy theorists was not something I expected :mjlol:

Remember when dude was moving like a white girl, telling his mom that those negroes were anti-Semitic cause they were mean to him?
Was that also to battle UMG?

Like what the fukk does Kendricks kids got to do with Drake’s contract negotiation?

Dude is literally can I talk to the manager Karen/do you live in this building please identify yourself Karen in the flesh.

I didn’t have a single bad thing to say about Drake until this beef exposed the type of bytch he really is. In black on white too
I can’t see myself really f**king with any musician that he vibes with or co-signs this.

Bot streams don't get removed for major label artist. For one it's way harder to detect when mixed with organic traffic and for 2 the labels have stake in Spotify. For $2000 I can make any artist trend on YouTube, for 30k I can get you a gold plaque. It's very simple you just have to send enough organic traffic for the algorithm to pick it up,then you bot it more . Then the algorithm really pushes it and then they stop the botting and let the algorithm take over. This all timed perfectly and it goes virtually undetected. None of these artists are as popular as they seem. Drake ,Cole, kendrick get more organic traffic than most rappers but even their shyt is botted. There's a reason why apple doesn't making streaming data or monthly listeners public. That's why they pay the highest royalty rates.
Majors own an insignificant slice of UMG, like 5% combined in total.
It's stupid for major labels to engage in bot streams, cause
1. It is Illegal.
2. Payout is directly related to share of streams of streams, if you share is higher than it should be then you are stealing money from everyone else. So why would majors let certain artists with say a bad deal steal money from smaller artists with a good deal? Makes no sense. Why would a major let another major steal from them with causing a fuss?
3. You are directly defrauding everyone who isn't boting as much as you do because of 2.
4. If anything it would be the artists themselves who would try to buy streams to defraud their label.

It's really interesting how conniving and stealth people think that music labels are. Let music business conspiracy theorist tell it they are smoother and more criminal than the CIA and Mossad together, and better, shyt rarely to never leaks. Cause we all know that these hipsters and every night clubbing execs are just stealth like that.

Just cause you know how to play dirty tricks when negotiating deals with artists does not make you prime KGB.

Named as defendants in the suit, filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, were Sony Music Entertainment; Death Row Records (owned by Andre Young, aka “Dr. Dre” of N.W.A, dikk Griffey, and Marion “Suge” Knight)

he sued Dre before Dre Day came out and didn’t have to after it dropped because he was already entitled to 20% of every thing generated for 6 years :mjlol: ….the work was already done…I can’t say for sure but I’d bet Aubrey would drop his suit for a fifth of UMG’s Kenny related earnings for 6 years

You obviously didn't read the article because Eazy's lawsuit had absolutely nothing to do with his own contract or any song.

Free piece of advice: next time you try to cite an article to defend your point of view, you may want to read it first dipshyt.

The first word I typed in the post literally said he sued Dre before he ever released a diss track….Eazy was a litigious muhfukka that had no issue taking nikkas to court, but there was no reason to sue over Dre Day…because, to quote the man himself, Dre Day already meant Eazy’s pay day

Why do you fukking geeks get so personally aggrieved and emotional about this shyt :mjlol:

Not emotional or aggravated at all. Your response shows you are a mental midget who is more content with digging a deeper hole for yourself than actually reading (or have someone read and comprehend on your behalf) the article because, again, Eazy was suing over other people's contracts, not his own deal.

:what:

I never claimed that, nor does it have anything to do with the point of my post

This worthless parsing does let me know yall are actually capable of some level of discernment though..and know that this lawsuit isn’t “over a diss track” but a business dispute between an act and his label…but you pretend not to
